Aileen M. Kelly is a multi-disciplinary designer and creative director. Her practice spans brand identity, visual systems, interior design, and art direction — with a particular focus on cultural institutions, live production, and design-led organisations.
She holds a Master’s in Art Direction and Design from Elisava, a BA in Interior and Graphic Design from LCI Barcelona, and a BA in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Tennessee. The anthropological background is not incidental — it shapes how she reads a brief, a space, and an audience.
Current and recent work includes an interior design consultancy at the CRAI library, Hospital Clínic campus, Universitat de Barcelona; design work for BCN Fintech; and the conception, design, and build of Stage Atlas, a global theatre discovery platform integrating live ticketing data.
She is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of Blue Book Theatre Company, an English-language theatre company registered in Catalonia and recognised as Theatre Company of the Year at the Spanish Business Awards 2026. All brand, print, digital, and motion work for the company is produced in-house — from visual identity and poster campaigns to production design and educational content.
Earlier work includes the founding and design direction of Creative English.cat (2013–2021) and Little Big Yoga (2019–2023) — both built from the ground up, including brand identity, print, and digital presence.
She works in English and Spanish.
