After intensive research of the health and wellness trends in Barcelona, we had realized that there were few options for yoga for children. As mindfulness has recently been introduced into many schools in the United States and in other parts of the world, we decided to offer something similar to the post-pandemic generations of parents with their children and to younger girls and boys. The concept was based on gender-neutrality while also offering a space where both parents and children can get off of their screens, and in a soft, quiet space.
