Blue Book Theatre Company is a design-forward, English-language theatre company based in Barcelona and Sitges, registered as a Sociedad Limitada in Catalonia. It produces canonical Anglophone works with international directors — a 2026–2027 season comprising Thornton Wilder’s Our Town, Beckett’s Waiting for Godot, and Kafka’s The Metamorphosis.

All design work is produced in-house. There is no external agency.

Scope of work

Brand identity and visual systems — including logotype, typography, colour, and print language applied across all production materials. Poster campaigns developed per production, each with its own visual logic while remaining legible as Blue Book work.

Digital presence — website, social media, and motion content produced and maintained in-house. A Theatre Literacy video series developed for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, targeting English speakers and B1–C2 learners aged 14–18 in Barcelona.

Set design and production art direction — working directly with directors on the visual language of each production.

Educational content strand — Blue for Young Audiences, developed in partnership with Barcelona English-language schools, with original character design and curriculum-adjacent materials.
